PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT1.1 A 25% non-refundable deposit /retainer is required at the time of booking to secure the rental date.1.2 The remaining balance is due **no later than 15 days prior to the event date, Failure to pay the balance in full may result in cancellation without refund.1.3 Payments can be made via online booking or invoice through Stripe

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 The 25% deposit/retainer is non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit all payments made.
2.3 If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided minus the deposit.

3. EVENT DETAILS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 The Client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, and venue location.
3.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that an adequate power source, adequate space minimum [6] feet by [9] feet, and a stable internet connection is available for the photo booth operations.
3.3 The Client must ensure access to the event location and notify the venue of the photo booth setup requirements.

4. EQUIPMENT & DAMAGES
4.1 The Company will provide a fully operational photo booth; however, in rare cases of technical failure, liability is limited to a refund of services not rendered.
4.2 The Client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by guests due to misuse or negligence.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to shut down the booth if guests become unruly or pose a threat to equipment or staff.

5. PHOTO USAGE & RELEASE
5.1 The Company may use photos for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
5.2 The Client and guests grant permission for their images to be used in promotional materials unless a written opt-out is provided.

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
6.1 The Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring at the event.
6.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from event participation.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, power failures, or venue restrictions.

8. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT 
By submitting an online booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
